This system makes a huge impact on making day-to-day handling of real estate transactions more efficient, streamlined and complete. The benefits to our office have been incredible - savings in time and money and an easy, efficient system for our agents to use. The system allows for all documents and correspondence related to the transaction to be included and date stamped for a complete transaction history. My only complaint is that I waited so long to get started!

listings and contracts to the office. And even though there were many, many reasons for the office to go paperless, we sold the benefits for the agents, not the office. The
result…in the first 30 days of the system over 95% of our contracts were submitted
through the paperless system. And it was not even required until the following month.
It has been one of the easiest conversions I have ever experienced. We give it a 100
percent endorsement.

We explored several paperless systems before making our decision and

agents, the system follows the compliance and financial flow of paperwork that we were already using in our Market Center. The REPaperless team worked with us quickly to customize our system and ensure we were meeting Oregon statutes. By eliminating paper files, we will surely see a great savings on our office supplies, copies, storage and payroll. While these are important factors, the greatest effect we have seen thus far is the increased accountability and communication between the Market Center and the brokers. Since we all have access to the same file, everyone is able to see the status of that file at any given time. I love this system. Not only is it incredibly simple and effective to use, my transaction paperwork and notes are far more organized than ever before - with much less effort. I have access to all of my files and my notes from anywhere, anytime. I can send documents to anyone from within the system. The spreadsheet history it keeps of all of my activities time-stamped and in order. I like that I can provide my clients with a complete history of their transaction as well. I would never want to go back!
